EFFICIENT SHIPPING
We will make every effort to ship your order promptly. Next Day and 2nd Day express delivery orders must be received in our office by 12:00 PM (CST). Express shipping refers to business days; there will be no express delivery on Saturdays. If shipping to more than one address, include postage for each address. We will not ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders (excluding APO/FPO addresses) require prepayment. Payment must be received before we will process your order. Contact our store for your freight charge before sending payment. Acceptable payment will be cash, credit card, or an international money order in U.S. funds. Duties and taxes are your responsibility; please check with your local Customs Office.
No Express shipping on international orders. Shipping time will vary depending on destination.
MAIL-IN REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Complete the Return/Exchange Form on the back side of your order’s packing slip. If your original packing slip is not available, please provide the Order Number and/or the name of the person placing the original order. When exchanging an item, please provide the item number, size, color, and description (if possible) for the new item.
Repack your merchandise in the original packaging (if available), please make sure the merchandise is secure, and enclose the Return/Exchange Form. Affix the preprinted returns label, or ship to Murphy’s Corner Returns, 2900 S Cliff Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.
EXCHANGES
We will credit the returned item to the original credit card, and charge the new item to the same card. If original payment is by check, we will reapply the refund to the exchange order. This assures your order can be tracked during the exchange process and after it is shipped.
All exchange orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped at no charge via FedEx Ground to the original US shipping address. Sorry, we can not refund original or return shipping/handling charges unless the item is defective or an error occurred in processing your original order…see Defectives/Errors section.
REFUNDS
We will gladly refund the purchase price (plus SD sales tax, if applicable) of your returned merchandise either by crediting the original credit card, or if paid by check, by issuing a refund check (please allow 3-4 weeks for the processing of a check refund). Sorry, we can not refund original or return shipping/ handling charges unless the item is defective or an error occurred in processing your original order…see Defectives/Errors section.
IN-STORE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
You can also return or exchange any merchandise from your on-line order at our store location at 2900 S Cliff Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Please bring your order’s packing list/invoice or order number.
DEFECTIVE OR ERRORS
Any merchandise that is defective, has defective construction, damaged in shipment, or was not the item ordered can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please follow one of the Exchange or Refund options listed above. On the Exchange/Return Form please select or indicate the appropriate reason for your return. Original and returned shipping/handling charges will be refunded for the return or exchange of defective or error merchandise. Exchange merchandise will also be returned shipped at no cost, see above.

Q: When will my package arrive?
A: We will do our best to get you order processed and sent out as soon as possible. In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within 2 or 3 days after an order has been placed. Standard Ground delivery of shipments depends on delivery location and season. Murphy’s Corner does have Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping options for an additional charge.
Q: How can I find out the tracking number for my order?
A: If you supplied us with an email address when making an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us when the package is sent out. This confirmation email will include your tracking number. If you have not supplied us with an email address while ordering, please call us at 605.367.7990 to speak to one of our sales representatives.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Please call Murphy’s Corner at 605.367.7990 as soon as possible so that one of our sales representatives can be of assistance.
Q: What if I receive my order, but I would like a different size, color, or am simply not satisfied?
A: Each package will include a Blue packing slip with a complete set of instructions on how to return the package to Murphy’s Corner as well as our return policy. If you have misplaced this Blue return slip or one was not included with your order, please write a brief letter explaining the problem and the course of action you would like us to take. Mail this letter along with your associated products to:

Q: I have placed an order via Murphys-Corner.com, but would like to make a change to my order. What is the best way to make order changes?
A: Please call Murphy’s Corner as soon as possible so that one of our sales representatives can make the necessary changes. Do not attempt to place a replacement order over the Internet or a double order may inadvertently be placed, if not caught in time.
Q: What are my options if the merchandise I desire is not available?
A: In the case that you order a product that is out of stock, we will automatically place your request on backorder. If you ordered other merchandise, you will be notified which items from your order are on backorder. Once the manufacturer sends us your product, we will ship your order immediately. Murphy’s Corner will never charge you until the point that your product has actually been shipped from our warehouse.

If the color option you ordered is not available, Murphy’s Corner may substitute the same product in another color coordination. We will never send you a product substitution that has a different size than you originally ordered. If the substituted product is not desired, please send it back to the Iowa Hawk Shop and you will be completely reimbursed for all charges incurred.
Q: I saw an item in the store that I cannot find on the web site. Can I still order it?
A: Yes. We are more than happy to do a manual order for items found in our physical store locations. Please call 605.367.7990 to place such an order. It is important to be as descriptive as possible when describing the item(s) to our sales representatives so that we can correctly fulfill your order.
